The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
If the guest is a no arrival, they will be charged the total price.
Room Allocation:
From time to time, it may become necessary to change your room allocation to an equivalent standard.
Takeaway food is forbidden in the guest rooms, the dining room can be use prior arrangement.
Smoking: Glendale Guest House reserves the right to levy an exceptional cleaning charge of £100 per guest per room, to guests choosing to disregard our No Smoking policy, necessitating professional deep cleaning and any further remedial action to the premises.
Damages, breakages and keys
We take great pride in providing excellent facilities and high levels of cleanliness. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. Glendale Guest House reserves the right to seek immediate recompense to make good any damages to Glendale Guest House and/or its contents owing to malicious and/or negligent actions of guests.
A nominal charge of £30 will be levied for replacement room keys should the need arise.
